What I want to teach you in this course isn’t just how to use Make.
It’s just a piece of software. Once you master this way of thinking, the software environment doesn’t really matter.
I chose Make because I find it the easiest tool for small business owners to start thinking in terms of processes. I’ve used Zapier before, and I regularly build in n8n as well – I enjoy all three – but in terms of knowledge and value for money, Make gets my vote.
What I’m showing you now isn’t really about Make itself, but about how to spot these processes in everyday life.
Take Calendly appointment booking – that’s already an automated process. If you’re a coach, a teacher, or anyone who takes bookings, someone can reserve a slot just by filling out a form. Not a big magic trick.
The magic is what you connect afterwards: how you keep this person inside your sales system. Calendly sends you notifications, lets you cancel or reschedule – but it doesn’t follow up with the client. That’s what I’m going to show you: what happens next with this person in the workflow, how you keep them warm, how you can treat a single person as a client for years.
Because if you don’t follow through with this process, it might just end up being a 15-minute intro call.
