Why not delegate your repetitive tasks to a professional assistant?

For over 10 years I kept hearing this advice – outsource your admin work and you’ll have more time for what matters. But now, past 40 and living in Spain, I don’t automate to work more. I automate to live more.

This is an important distinction: the hours these automated processes save you can be spent on anything you want.

I personally have a custom content creation automation that runs every 15 minutes – day and night. While I’m sleeping, working out, or relaxing at the beach, it just keeps running. An assistant can get sick, or their child can get sick, or you simply don’t get along.

I’m not saying don’t work with a great assistant – but the tasks that require continuous, mechanical work should no longer be done by a person. Let people do the work only a human can do. Leave everything else to the machine.
