What You’ll Need to Take This Course?

All tools listed below have a free tier that’s sufficient to follow along and build every workflow. Running them in your live business is where paid plans come in – and we cover exactly when that threshold hits for each one.

Make.com The platform everything is built on. The free tier (1,000 credits/month) is enough to build and test every workflow in the course. For live business use, the Core plan (~$10/month) handles most small business volumes comfortably. Sign up at make.com.

Google Account Required for Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Indexing API access. One account covers all of them. You’ll set up OAuth once and it unlocks the entire Google stack.

OpenAI API Used for AI-generated responses, proposals, and content. Pay-as-you-go pricing – expect $5-15/month for typical small business use. You’ll need to add a small credit balance before your first API call. Sign up at platform.openai.com.

Gemini API Used in the Content Repurposing workflow as an alternative to OpenAI. Free tier available through Google AI Studio. Sign up at aistudio.google.com.

Tally Free form builder used to trigger several workflows. No credit card required. Sign up at tally.so. Alternative: Typeform

Calendly Used in the Booking Assistant workflow. Free tier is sufficient for the course build. Sign up at calendly.com.

PDFShift Converts HTML to PDF in the Quote Machine and Sales Machine workflows. Free tier includes 50 conversions/month – plenty for testing. Sign up at pdfshift.io.

SMTP Email Access Used to send automated emails. This is your existing email provider’s outgoing mail settings – Gmail, Zoho, or any business email works. If you use Gmail, your Google account already covers this.

MailerLite Used in the Booking Assistant and Sales Machine workflows for email list management and nurture sequences. Free up to 1,000 subscribers. Sign up at mailerlite.com.

Slack Used for internal notifications in the Review Response Bot and Sales Machine workflows. Free tier is sufficient. Sign up at slack.com.

WordPress Required for the Auto Blog Writer workflow. You’ll need an existing WordPress site with REST API access enabled – this is on by default in all modern WordPress installations. Hosting is a separate cost if you don’t already have a site.

Google My Business Required for the Review Response Bot workflow. Free – you just need a verified business listing. Access at business.google.com.

Total estimated monthly cost to run all 8 workflows in your business: Make.com Core ~$10 + OpenAI ~$5-15 + PDFShift free tier or ~$9 if you exceed limits = roughly $20-35/month to automate what would otherwise take 10+ hours of manual work every week.
